The millésime lounge lacked attentiveness. i was not welcomed or seated. empty plates accumulated and staff didn't clear them despite replenishing drinks... i found the breakfast service slow. My egg order was never taken at la terrasse. the checkout felt transactional, and i was not asked about my stay.

The reception experience was not good. i had booked a room for two adults and two kids. upon arrival, the hotel gave us a room with two single beds. How would we be supposed to fit four people? staff seemed unprofessional.

i booked three rooms but they gave a room with two single beds. they wanted more money for an upgrade.

the hotel is modern. rooms were a good size. i liked the kitchen facilities. staff were excellent. soleil bar poolside staff created a nice afternoon. i also enjoyed coffee at bijou patisserie. shopping centre below hotel provides easy access to everything. the nine, an english bar, offered good service and food.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. Housekeeping did a really superb job of keeping my room super clean throughout my stay. I found the staff very polite and helpful. The gym has many machines for a great workout.

the in-room dining experience was good. i ordered the chef's special chicken biryani and uk-style fish and chips, both were delivered promptly. the sofitel mybed(TM) mattress was comfortable, and the hermès toiletries in the marble bathroom added a sense of luxury.. the location is convenient, connected to wafi mall.
I noticed some service lapses at the club lounge. staff seemed busy. I was not welcomed upon arrival. empty plates stacked up at my small table as staff replenished wine. the checkout felt transactional, with no inquiry about my stay.
